When it comes to chocolate bars "Bounty" is one of my favs. If you don't know Bounty its sweet coconut covered in milk chocolate. Anything coconut is top tier for me. So this top tier chocolate bar is now a a top tier cookie jar.
It was a bit challenging to develop the recipe, bounty consists of only 2 main ingredients. Non-the-less I pulled it off !
Inside is our soft chewy double chocolate chip cookies, chocolate graham cracker crust, coconut cream cheese and coconut whipped cream.
It's rich coconut and milk chocolate in every bite, exactly....it's a Bounty chocolate bar reimagined, and so much better!
