Who's ready for a mouth explosion of orange, pineapple and passion fruit all in one jar. This is what you call the Citrus Bomb Cookie Jar.
A friend of mine reminded me that it's passion fruit season so I had to take advantage. And why not just throw in some other citrusy fruits as well.
This jar is filled with soft chewy orange cookies, a sweet pineapple jam, passion fruit cream cheese and for the crunch, our coconut graham cracker crust.
I thought this jar would've been too tangy but it's actually quiet sweet. As Oliver said "too sweet to beat!"
