First of all...this cookie, has two homemade jams! Sweet and tart strawberry jam and a rich decadent blueberry jam. It also has delicious soft baked vanilla sugar cookies. To calm the palette down there is a smooth creamy and refreshing vanilla whipped cream. For crunch, a fresh baked oatmeal cinnamon streusel layered thoughout. This crunchy buttery streusel has the warm flavors you love, of cinnamon, oatmeal and brown sugar. It is the perfect compelment to the berry jams, strawberry cookies and vanilla whipped cream.
