It's a special month. Twosday with Tricky (aka Traci Roman) had the wonderful idea to recreate the famous dessert and happy hour drink "The Grasshopper", into a cookie jar. We over here love a good mint chocolate flavor combination, so the request was happily accepted.
This jar is a beautiful reincarnation of the grasshopper pie with a little hint of liqueur from the grasshopper cocktail. It's the best marriage of mint chocolate in the combination of flavors and textures
What's in it? My signature soft chewy double chocolate chocolate chip cookies, peppermint cream cheese, creme de cacao whipped cream and crunchy oreo cookie crumbs.
This jar will leave your mouth cool and fresh with the hints of mint, painted with that strong rich chocolate flavor, its perfect for the summer heat!
